Studied in Berlin/ Germany and graduated as industrial & economic engineer with specialisation on international business- and innovation-management at 'University of Applied Sciences Berlin'. Successfully completed a MDP (Management Development Programme for Executives) at 'London School of Business  and Finance' in London/ United Kingdom.

Possessing  more than 20 years of experience in the automotive and railway industry, acting as a Manager, Director and Head of Business Unit at executive & board level with family-owned/ medium-sized companies as well as with international multi billion dollar industrial companies. Mainly in charge of Procurement (e.g. Head of Project Procurement at BOMBARDIER) and Sales (e.g. Head of Sales Volkswagen Group worldwide at HELLA) as well as General Management (e.g. Executive Head of Business Unit at ALSTOM) positions with overall profit & loss-, turnover- and budget-, business development-, portfolio management-, customer relation-, contracting- and project performance-responsibility. Special expertise on turn-around & recovery activities and special task forces (e.g. RED-Team at BOMBARDIER). Deeply knowledgeable about numerous mechanical and electric/ electronic components & systems in the automotive and railway industry with a proven commercial and technical understanding.

Experienced in lobbying, press work and public relations (interviews, press conferences, etc.) and in working with associations such as 'Association of the German automotive industry (VDA)', 'Association of rail industry in Germany (VDB)', 'German French chamber of industry and commerce (AHK)' and 'Fédération des Industries Ferroviaires (FIF)'. Contributive part with HELLA in being awarded with the 'Volkswagen Group Award 2008 ' for eminent project collaboration and performance.

Started as Independent Consultant & Strategic Adviser in 2013.
